Description
The Z86E6116FSC is a microcontroller from the Z8® single-chip microcontroller family. It has 16K/32K bytes of EPROM and 236 bytes of general-purpose RAM. This microcontroller is offered in 40-pin DIP or 44-pin PLCC package styles, and it is pin-compatible with the Z86C61/63. The ROMless pin option is available only on the 44-pin versions.
