Description
The NCV317BD2T is a linear voltage regulator from the ON Semiconductor which provides adjustable output and positive voltage regulation. It has a maximum output current of 1.5A and can regulate the voltage between 1.2V to 37V. The regulator is easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. It features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation which makes it blow-out-proof.
