Description
The TDA3664AT is a fixed 5 V voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage/quiescent current, which operates over a wide supply voltage range. It is available in different package options: TDA3664T in SO8 package (non-automotive), TDA3664AT in SO8 package (automotive), and TDA3664 in SOT223 package (automotive). The TDA3664AT is designed for automotive applications with a voltage range of VP ≤ 50V and a temperature range of -40 °C ≤ Tamb ≤ +125 °C. For non-automotive applications, the voltage range is VP ≤ 22V and the temperature range is -40 °C ≤ Tamb ≤ +85 °C.
