This model provides central office quality DTMF transmission and reception, operates at low voltage, and has adjustable guard time and automatic tone burst mode. It can detect call progress tones down to -30dBm and is compatible with existing MT8880/MT8888 designs. It also has the ability to power down the DTMF transmitter/receiver through register control.
