Description

The MIC2214-GKYML is a linear voltage regulator by Micrel, designed for portable power applications. It is a high efficiency 4MHz pulse width modulated synchronous buck regulator with an ultra-low noise and small size solution. The output current can reach up to 500mA and supports an adjustable output voltage option down to 1V with fixed output voltage options available. It has a fully integrated MOSFET switches for efficient work and offers thermal shutdown and current limit protection for a secure working environment.
