Description
The NC7SZD384L6X is a 1-bit high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switch. It has a low on resistance, allowing inputs to be connected to outputs with minimal propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce noise. The switch is designed to be used in level-shifting applications, providing a 5Ω switch connection between two ports. It is available in space-saving SOT23 or SC70 5-lead package, as well as the ultra-small MicroPak Pb-Free leadless package. The control inputs are compatible with TTL level.
