The QS3VH384PAG is a signal switch, encoder, decoder, and multiplexer electronic component model. It provides a 16:8 multiplexer logic switch with a low ON resistance of 5Ω. This allows inputs to be connected to the outputs without adding propagation delay and generating additional ground bounce noise. The QS3VH384PAG is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C.

The QS3VH384PAG features an enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc. It has a 16:8 multiplexer function with zero delay and 5Ω bidirectional switches that connect inputs to outputs. The QS3VH384PAG also has undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs, and allows for direct bidirectional connection for mux and demux. It is available in QSOP package.
