Description
The LT1965IMS8#TRPBF is a low noise, low dropout linear regulator in the LT1965 series. It is designed to supply 1.1A of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 310mV. The quiescent current of this regulator is 500μA for the adjustable version and less than 1μA in shutdown. Unlike many other regulators, the LT1965 regulators have well-controlled quiescent current, which does not rise in dropout. They are also known for their very low output noise, making them suitable for sensitive RF and DSP supply applications.
