Description
The SPX2950 and SPX2951 are low power linear voltage regulators. They are commonly used in battery-powered applications such as cordless telephones, radio control systems, and portable computers. These voltage regulators feature very low quiescent current and a low dropout voltage, making them ideal for low-power devices. They also have a tight initial tolerance, good load and line regulation, and a low output temperature coefficient. Additionally, they have a higher output current of 150mA and offer positive transient protection and the ability to survive an unregulated input voltage transient.
