Description
The ACPL-796J is an instrumentation opamp component model that is capable of converting an analog input signal into a high-speed data stream through the use of a 1-bit, second-order sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) modulator and optical coupling technology. It has a dynamic range of 80 dB when used with an appropriate digital filter and operates from a 5 V power supply. The ACPL-796J is primarily used for motor phase current measurement applications due to its ideal differential inputs of ±200 mV (full scale ±320 mV).
