The AD7873ACP is a fast and complete 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that belongs to the electronic component model category of touch screen controllers. It features a track/hold amplifier, successive-approximation ADC, 3V buried Zener reference, and versatile interface logic. The ADC includes a self-contained, laser trimmed internal clock, eliminating the need for external clock timing components. It can also be synchronized with the digital system to minimize noise. The AD7873ACP is housed in a 16-Lead SOIC package.
