Description
LAA110LSTR is a type of solid-state relay (SSR) that belongs to the MOS output relay category. The relay contains two optically coupled metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) switches with an additional current limiting circuit. It utilizes the patented OptoMOS architecture of the manufacturer, Clare, to provide input to output isolation of 3750 VRMS. The input of the relay is optically coupled with highly efficient gallium aluminum arsenide (GaAIAs) infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The relay is compactly designed with both relays integrated into a single 8-pin package.
