Description
The Harris CD74HC139, CD74HCT139 is an electronic component model that contains two independent binary to one of four decoders. Each decoder has a single active low enable input (1E or 2E). When data is applied to the select inputs (1A0 and 1A1 or 2A0 and 2A1), one of the four normally high outputs will go low. However, if the enable input is high, all four outputs will remain high. This component can also function as a demultiplexer with the enable input acting as the data input. It is functionally the same as the CD4556B and is pin compatible with it. The outputs of this component can drive 10 low power Schottky TTL equivalent loads. It is important to note that the 74HCT logic family is functionally and pin equivalent to the 74LS logic family.
