Description
The MAX791ESE is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit designed for monitoring power supply and battery control functions in µP systems. It reduces the complexity and number of components needed for these functions. With a supply current of only 50µA, it is ideal for use in portable equipment. It also has a fast chip-enable propagation delay of 6ns and a high output capability of 250mA (25mA in battery-backup mode), making it suitable for larger, higher-performance equipment.
