The AP130-15RL-7 is a fixed output voltage linear regulator that has a maximum output current of 300mA. It comes equipped with a pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current-limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. This low dropout regulator operates with a low quiescent current and dropout voltage, making it ideal for battery-powered devices that require a critical current application.
