Introducing the FQAF9P25 Field Effect Tube (MOSFET) model, produced using Fairchild's proprietary planar stripe DMOS technology. This technology is specifically designed to minimize on-state resistance and provides exceptional switching performance while withstanding a high-energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. The FQAF9P25 model is ideal for a variety of low-voltage applications such as automotive, high-efficiency switching for DC/DC converters, and DC motor control.
