Description
The AD5100YRQZ is a programmable system management IC designed for use in supervisors. It combines four channels of voltage monitoring and watchdog supervision. This IC can be used to shut down external supplies, reset processors, or disable any other system electronics when the system malfunctions. It is also used to protect systems from improper device power-up sequencing. The AD5100YRQZ is a robust watchdog reset controller that can monitor multiple inputs with shutdown and reset controls. It offers programmable monitoring inputs for overvoltage, undervoltage, turn-on and turn-off thresholds, and shutdown timings. Most monitoring input thresholds and timing settings can be programmed on-the-fly or permanently set with the OTP memory feature.
