Description
The MIC841HYC5 TR is a micropower, precision voltage comparator with an on-chip voltage reference. It is optimized for PDAs, cellular telephones, pagers, and other battery-powered devices. The comparator has a high ±1.25% voltage threshold accuracy and is immune to brief input transients. It has an extremely low 1.5µA typical supply current and is packaged in a Teeny™ 5-lead SC-70 package.
