Description
The 74AVC4T245PW is a 4-bit, dual supply transceiver that enables bidirectional level translation. It can be used as two 2-bit transceivers or as a 4-bit transceiver. The device features two data input-output ports, a direction control input, an output enable input, and dual supply pins. It supports a wide voltage range for both supply pins, making it suitable for translating between low voltage nodes. The device has a built-in IOFF circuitry for partial power-down applications and provides a suspend mode to conserve power.
