Description
The AD7740YRMZ is a voltage-to-frequency/frequency-to-voltage converter that delivers lowered costs, ultrasmall and synchronous operation. It operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V or a 4.75 V to 5.25 V single supply, and it consumes 0.9 mA. It is available in 8-lead SOT-23 and 8-lead MSOP packages. The product contains an on-chip 2.5 V bandgap reference, which can be overdriven using an external reference including VDD.
