Description
The C8051F310-GQR is a Microcontroller from Silicon Laboratories with multiple analogue peripherals and digital peripherals. The microcontroller is available in a 32pin LQFP package and offers a high-performance 8051 core with expanded interrupt handler capabilities, 16kB flash memory, and 1280 bytes of data RAM.
