Description
This is the Amphenol MS3470L24-61SY circular connector. It is a part of the MIL-C-26482, Series 2 connectors and is designed for medium-size, environmentally resistant applications. It features a 3-point bayonet coupling system that provides quick and positive coupling, and a five key/keyway design that eliminates mismating. It also allows for contacts to be inserted and removed from the rear of the connector, which ensures that there is no damage to the front that may affect the sealing characteristics. The connector has grommets that are constructed of tear-resistant elastomer, which experiences no degradation when exposed to a broad range of fluids and assures sealing over a range of wire diameters.
