Description
The SK006V is a thyristor SCR semi-conductor that belongs to the Teccor line of electronic components. It is a half-wave, unidirectional, gate-controlled rectifier that is designed to complement Teccor's line of sensitive SCRs. The SK006V is available in a range of ratings, from 1 A to 70 A and 200 V to 1000 V, and offers gate sensitivities from 10 mA to 50 mA. For gate currents in the 12 µA to 500 µA ranges, please refer to the "Sensitive SCRs" section of this catalog.
