Description
The AS39P0000 is a junction isolated ultra well-matched monolithic NPN transistor pair in the category of rocker switches. It offers an order of magnitude improvement in matching over conventional transistor pairs. The transistor pair exhibits electrical characteristics such as low drift versus initial offset voltage, low noise, and a close approximation to the exponential relationship of base-emitter voltage to collector current. With very low extrinsic base and emitter resistances, it operates at a wide current range. To ensure long-term stability, internal clamp diodes are included to prevent degradation and field failures. The AS39P0000 is available in both the 8-pin metal can TO5-8 package and the 8-lead plastic SOIC-8 (150mil) EPAD package.
