The SN74LVC1G374DBVR is a single D-type flip-flop with 3-state output, from Texas Instruments. It can store one bit of binary data and has a clock input and a data input for controlling the storage of the data. The 3-state output allows for bus-oriented applications, where multiple devices can be connected to the same bus and each device can control the bus when enabled. It is available in a SOT-23-8 surface mount package and is a part of the LVC Logic family.
