The C0603C339C1GACTU is a type C multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is a surface mount component available in tape and reel packaging. This capacitor comes in COG (NPO), X7R, Z5U, and Y5V temperature coefficients. The standard sizes for this capacitor are 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210. However, the 0603 size is not available in the Z5U temperature coefficient. The C0603C339C1GACTU features nickel barrier/solder terminations and can be used in 63 Vdc applications, even though it is rated for 50 Vdc. This capacitor is ideal for surface mount applications.
