Description
The 5V9950PFI is a programmable clock generator designed for high performance data-communications, telecommunications, consumer, and networking applications. It features three internal PLLs, each individually programmable, allowing for three unique non-integer-related frequencies. The frequencies are generated from a single reference clock, which can be sourced from one of the two redundant clock inputs. The device can be programmed using either the I2C or JTAG interfaces, and has an internal EEPROM for saving and restoring configurations without reprogramming upon power-up.
