Description
The AD9665ACPZ-REEL is a laser driver designed for laser diode applications in optical disk drives, printers, and copiers. It features two analog feedback loops for setting the "bias" and "write" power levels of the laser, with a switching rate of up to 200 MHz. The driver has fast rise and fall times of 1.5 ns and 2.0 ns respectively, making it suitable for printer applications that use pulse width modulation for gray scale and disk drive applications that require pulsed write formats. The control signals are TTL/CMOS compatible.
