The CY2304NZZI-1 is a low-cost 3.3-V zero delay buffer that can distribute high-speed clocks efficiently. It is available in a 16-pin SOIC or TSSOP package. This model can accept one reference input and drive out five low-skew clocks. It has on-chip PLLs that can lock to an input clock on the REF pin. The PLL feedback is also on-chip and obtained from the CLKOUT pad. The CY2304NZZI-1 operates at up to 100-/133 MHz frequencies and has higher drive than the -1 devices. Its features include a zero input-output propagation delay, multiple low skew outputs, and commercial and industrial temperature ranges.

- Packages: 8-pin, 150-mil SOIC package (CY2305) and 16-pin 150-mil SOIC or 4.4-mm TSSOP (CY2309)
