Description
The DG411 series is a monolithic CMOS analog switch that can be used as a drop-in replacement for the popular DG211 and DG212 series devices. These analog switches have four independent single pole throw (SPST) switches and TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs. Compared to the DG211 or DG212, these switches feature lower analog ON-resistance (<35) and faster switch time (tON<175ns). The charge injection has been reduced, which simplifies sample and hold applications.
