The CY8C3245LTI-144 is a part of the PSoC® 3 family, which provides a comprehensive solution of offering a microcontroller unit, memory, analog, and digital peripheral functions in one chip. It is a modern technique of signal processing, acquisition, and control with high flexibility, high accuracy, and high bandwidth. The device's analog capability encompasses signals from thermocouples near DC voltages to ultrasonic signals.

- Full-speed (FS) USB 2.0 12 Mbps using an internal oscillator.
- Configurable delta-sigma ADC with 8- to12-bit resolution
- Programming, debug, and trace with JTAG (4-wire), serial wire debug (SWD) (2-wire), and single wire viewer (SWV) interfaces
