    Skyworks SKY72300-21 is a direct digital modulation fractional-N frequency synthesizer that provides ultra-fine frequency resolution, fast switching speed, and low phase-noise performance. It is specifically designed to be a key building block for high-performance radio system designs that require low power consumption and fine step size.

    • Spur-free operation
    • Maximum operating frequency of 2.1 GHz
    • Maximum auxiliary synthesizer frequency of 500 MHz
    • Ultra-fine step size of 100 Hz or less
    • High internal reference frequency enables large loop bandwidth implementations
    • Very fast switching speed (below 100 Ps)
    • Phase noise to -91 dBc/Hz inside the loop filter bandwidth at 1800 MHz
    • Software programmable power-down modes
    • High-speed serial interface up to 100 Mbps

    • Phase detectors with programmable gain for adjustable loop bandwidth
