Description
The MAX14590ETA+T is an overvoltage protection device designed to protect low-voltage systems against voltage faults up to +36V. It features a low 48mI (typ) on-resistance (RON) internal FET, which is turned off when the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold to prevent damage to the protected components.
