The DS1647P-120 is a real-time clock (RTC) electronic component model. It is designed as a snap-on lithium power source for Nonvolatile Timekeeping RAMs in Dallas Semiconductor's directly surface-mountable PowerCap Module (PCM) package. This component provides 10 years of battery backup power for Nonvolatile Timekeeping RAMs in the PowerCap Module package. It can be easily snapped directly onto surface-mounted PowerCap Module Boards and has a detachment feature for easy removal. It is compatible with DS1644P-xxx, DS1646P-xxx, and DS1647P-xxx 34-pin PowerCap Modules.
