Description
The MIC5207-3.3YM5TR is an efficient linear voltage regulator designed for hand-held, battery-powered devices. It has ultra-low-noise output, very low dropout voltage, and low ground current. It also offers better than 3% initial accuracy. The regulator includes a CMOS or TTL compatible enable/shutdown control input, allowing for power consumption to drop nearly to zero in shutdown mode. It features a reference bypass pin for improved noise performance, reversed battery protection, current limiting, and overtemperature shutdown.
