It is designed with Freescale's newest High Voltage LDMOS IC technology, making it ideal for base station applications in the frequency range of 1805 to 1990 MHz. The MW6IC2015N wideband integrated circuit offers excellent linearity performance and is compatible with various modulation formats, such as GSM, GSM EDGE, PHS, TDMA, CDMA, W-CDMA, and TD-SCDMA.
Specifications and features
The final application of the 08051J3R9BBTTR capacitor includes typical two-tone performance with a power gain of 26 dB, power added efficiency of 28%, and IMD of -30 dBc. It is capable of handling 3:1 VSWR at 26 Vdc, 1990 MHz, and 15 Watts CW output power. The capacitor is also stable into a 3:1 VSWR with all spurs below -60 dBc at 100 mW to 8 W CW output power. Its features include characterized series equivalent large-signal impedance parameters, on-chip matching, integrated quiescent current temperature compensation, integrated ESD protection, and a 225°C capable plastic package. It is also RoHS compliant and available in tape and reel packaging.
