  • Description

    The TS914I is a RAIL TO RAIL quad CMOS operational amplifier designed for instrumentation op-amps. It can operate with a single or dual supply voltage, with an input voltage range (Vicm) that includes the two supply rails (VCC+ and VCC-). The output voltage range depends on the load resistance (RL) and can reach VCC- +50mV VCC+ -50mV with RL = 10kΩ or VCC- +350mV VCC+ -350mV with RL = 600Ω. With a supply voltage operating range from 2.7V to 16V and a low supply current of only 200µA/amp (VCC = 3V), it offers versatile performance. It also has a source and sink output current capability of typically 40mA (at VCC = 3V), fixed by an internal limitation circuit. STMicroelectronics also provides a dual op-amp with similar features called TS912.
