Description
The KA555D is a programmable timer and oscillator. It is a highly stable controller capable of producing accurate timing pulses. It has two operating modes, monostable and astable, which allow for versatile timing control. In monostable mode, the time delay is controlled by one external resistor and one capacitor. In astable mode, the frequency and duty cycle are accurately controlled by two external resistors and one capacitor.
