Description
The Atmel AVR AT90USB64/128 is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the Atmel AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It achieves high performance and low power consumption through its advanced RISC architecture and powerful instructions that can be executed in a single clock cycle. With a throughput of up to 16MIPS at 16MHz, system designers can optimize power consumption versus processing speed. The AT90USB64/128 also features non-volatile program and data memories, USB 2.0 full-speed/low-speed device and on-the-go module, and various peripheral features. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and is suitable for industrial applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
