The C8051F064-GQR is a microcontroller belonging to the C8051F06x family of devices. It is a fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip MCU with 59 digital I/O pins and two integrated 16-bit 1 Msps ADCs. The C8051F064-GQR features a high-speed pipelined 8051-compatible CIP-51 microcontroller core, a Controller Area Network (CAN 2.0B) Controller, multiple analog peripherals such as SAR ADCs and DACs, and various digital peripherals including general-purpose I/O pins, serial interfaces, and timers. It also includes on-chip JTAG debug and boundary scan capabilities for in-circuit debugging. The C8051F064-GQR is available in 100-Pin and 64-Pin TQFP packages with a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.
