Description
The 74VCX16373MTD is a latching electronic component designed for bus oriented applications. It consists of sixteen non-inverting latches with 3-STATE outputs. This device is byte controlled and transparent to the data when the Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH. Data is latched when LE is LOW, and appears on the bus when the Output Enable (OE) is LOW. The outputs are in a high impedance state when OE is HIGH.

- Power-off high impedance inputs and outputs
- Support live insertion and withdrawal (Note 1)
- Uses patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry
- Latchup conforms to JEDEC JED78
- ESD performance:
- Human body model: 2000V
- Machine model: 200V
- Also packaged in plastic Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) (Preliminary)
