Description
The MC14043BCPG is a quad R-S latch that is constructed with MOS P-Channel and N-Channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. It features an independent Q output and set and reset inputs. The Q outputs are gated through three-state buffers with a common enable input. When the enable input is high, the outputs are enabled and connected to the Q outputs. When the enable input is low, the latch is disconnected from the Q outputs, resulting in an open circuit.
