Description
The MAX8862TESE+T is a low-cost, low-dropout, dual linear voltage regulator specifically designed for battery-powered and portable applications. It features independent supply inputs and provides 250mA and 100mA output currents with a full-load dropout voltage of 160mV. The regulators utilize P-channel MOSFET pass transistors, resulting in low quiescent current regardless of the load current. Unlike saturated PNP transistors, the MOSFET in dropout mode does not suffer from excessive base currents.
