    INA114BU is a low noise instrumentation operational amplifier designed for industrial and commercial applications, which requires moderate power and high gain. It is a silicon bipolar Monolithic Micro wave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) feedback amplifier that is fabricated using HP’s 10GHz fT, 25␣ GHz fMAX, ISOSAT™-I silicon bipolar process. It has excellent performance, reliability, and uniformity, thanks to its nitride self-alignment, sub-micrometer lithography, trench isolation, ion implantation, gold metallization, and polyimide intermetal dielectric. The amplifier is housed in a low-cost surface mount plastic package.
