The MC14520BCP is a dual binary counter that belongs to the Counters/Dividers product category. It is a complementary MOS up counter that consists of two identical, independent, internally synchronous 4-stage counters. This electronic component is designed with MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure.
