Description
The 5V41235PGG is a low voltage 4-Mbit static RAM fabricated using Mitsubishi's high-performance 0.25µm CMOS technology. It is organized as 262,144-words by 16-bit and is suitable for memory applications where simple interfacing, battery operating, and battery backup are important design objectives. The 5V41235PGG is packaged in a 44-pin 400mil thin small outline package, making it easy to design a printed circuit board. There are three versions of the 5V41235PGG based on the operating temperature: "Standard", "W-version", and "I-version".
