Description
The MAX1530ETJ is a model of electronic component that belongs to the category of Special Purpose Voltage Regulators. It is designed specifically for generating all the supply rails for thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid-crystal display (LCD) monitors. With its high-efficiency, fixed-frequency, step-down regulator and all N-channel synchronous topology, it is able to achieve an efficiency as high as 93%. The MAX1530ETJ includes three linear regulator controllers, while the MAX1531ETJ includes five linear regulator controllers for supplying logic and LCD bias voltages.
