The P87C552SFAA,512 is a single-chip 8-bit microcontroller from the 80C51 microcontroller family. It is manufactured using an advanced CMOS process and has the same instruction set as the 80C51. The microcontroller features an 80C51 central processing unit, expandable memory, multiple timer/counters, ADC, I/O ports, serial communication, power control modes, and more.
