Description
The UPG2314T5N-E2-A is a GaAs HBT MMIC for power amplifier designed specifically for Bluetooth Class 1. This device offers high efficiency, high gain, and high output power through the use of InGaP HBT technology. It is packaged in a 6-pin plastic TSON (Thin Small Out-line Non-leaded) package, making it suitable for high-density surface mounting.
