NEC's UPC2745TB-E3-A is a Silicon MMIC Wideband Amplifier designed for use as a buffer amp in mobile communication applications such as Cellular, PCS, and Cordless handsets, and WLAN transceivers. It is pin compatible and has comparable performance to the larger UPC2745/46T, making it suitable as a replacement to help reduce system size. The UPC2745TB-E3-A is housed in a 6 pin super minimold or SOT-363 package.
